Coaching happens in ‘packages.’ A package is a bundle of sessions and between-session support that takes place over several weeks (sometimes months). This is ideal because sustainable change happens over time and needs to be woven into your real life.
The first step is a free discovery call.
In this call, I’ll learn about you and your goals. I’ll also answer any questions you have.
You’ll leave your discovery call with my recommendation for a coaching package tailored just for you.
Every customized coaching package includes:

✓ A clear action plan after every session
✓ Unlimited email and text support between sessions
Your package will be personalized with a specific number of sessions, a defined cadence, and an overarching action plan. Midway through, we’ll review your progress and make necessary tweaks to address obstacles and optimize your plan.
