Success doesn't protect you from people-pleasing.

Competence doesn't prevent burnout.

LIFE COACH FOR QUIETLY OVERWHELMED PROFESSIONALS

I’m Paula…

Before I became a coach, I spent years inside the corporate pressure cooker — running on adrenaline, hitting the marks, and slowly losing my grip on what actually mattered to me.

Family.
Real connection.
Living from purpose rather than performance.

I know what it's like to be capable and still feel off course. That experience is what brought me to this work, and it's what keeps me deeply committed to it.

Who I work with:

My clients are often busy professionals who have built a life that looks like success from the outside but…

  • Inside, they're running on empty and pretending otherwise.

  • They're striving to be seen, to feel valued, to connect in ways that actually feel real.

  • They're just ready for something more honest than the version of themselves they've been performing.

My Approach:

Most coaching starts with goals.

I start with patterns.

What you keep doing.
What you keep avoiding.
What keeps showing up in your relationships and decisions.

Once you see the pattern clearly, the path forward tends to get obvious fast.

When I'm not coaching, I'm outside living my best life.

  • Sailing the Salish Sea with my husband.

  • Exploring the San Juan Islands.

  • Playing pickleball.

  • Or being happily dragged around the neighborhood by my black lab, Chloe.
